Rose n Paw Digital Designs provides digital design and small business support services, including website design, website updates, business card design, social media graphics, Google Business Profile setup, Yelp profile setup, basic SEO support, and related design services.

The exact services, deliverables, price, and timeline for each project will be confirmed before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the project scope, requested features, content needs, design requirements, and estimated time involved.

Prices may change if the client requests additional pages, features, revisions, forms, integrations, content writing, image editing, SEO work, or other services outside the original scope.

Any additional work will be discussed before it is added to the project.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment may be required before final files, website launch, domain connection, or project handoff.

Payment terms will be confirmed with each client before the project starts.

Late or unpaid invoices may delay project delivery, revisions, publishing, or handoff.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, written content, images, logos, brand assets, login access, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the project.

Delays in providing required information may delay the project timeline.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all content, spelling, pricing, contact information, service descriptions, legal wording, and business details before final approval or launch.

Revisions

Projects may include a set number of revisions depending on the package or quote.

Revisions are intended for reasonable changes to the agreed design, layout, content, or details.

Major changes, new design directions, added pages, new features, or changes requested after approval may be quoted separately.

Timelines

Project timelines depend on project size, client response time, content readiness, and technical requirements.

Rose n Paw Digital Designs will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but timelines may change if project scope changes, client feedback is delayed, or third-party services are unavailable.

Website Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for any third-party costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party costs may include domain names, hosting, email services, premium plugins, paid fonts, stock images, forms, booking tools, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or other external services.

Rose n Paw Digital Designs is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, account restrictions, or service issues caused by third-party platforms.

SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Results

Rose n Paw Digital Designs may provide basic SEO setup, Google Analytics setup, Google Search Console setup, Google Business Profile support, Yelp profile support, and related visibility improvements.

No specific search ranking, website traffic level, lead volume, ad performance, sales result, or business outcome is guaranteed.

Search engines, advertising platforms, and online directories control their own ranking systems, review systems, policies, and approval processes.

Client Accounts and Access

Clients may need to provide access to website hosting, domain accounts, Google accounts, Yelp accounts, analytics accounts, social media accounts, or other tools.

Clients should only provide access they are comfortable sharing and may remove access after the project is complete.

Rose n Paw Digital Designs will use account access only for the agreed project work.

Content, Images, and Copyright

Clients must have the right to use any logos, images, text, fonts, videos, graphics, reviews, testimonials, or other materials they provide.

Rose n Paw Digital Designs is not responsible for copyright issues caused by client-provided materials.

Design files, website files, graphics, and other deliverables will be provided according to the agreed project scope.

Portfolio Use

Rose n Paw Digital Designs may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

This may include screenshots, business names, website links, branding samples, business card designs, or project summaries.

Approvals and Launch

Before a website or design is finalized, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the work.

Approval means the client has checked the content, layout, spelling, pricing, contact details, links, images, and business information.

After approval, additional changes may be treated as new work or maintenance work.

Maintenance and Updates

Website updates, maintenance, edits, troubleshooting, new sections, new pages, SEO updates, or design changes after project completion may be billed separately unless included in the original agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Rose n Paw Digital Designs is not responsible for business losses, lost revenue, lost leads, missed opportunities, website downtime, third-party platform issues, search ranking changes, account suspensions, or technical issues outside its control.

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill based on the agreed project scope.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the amount of work already performed.

Any cancellation terms should be confirmed before the project starts.

Privacy and Personal Information

Rose n Paw Digital Designs may collect basic client information needed to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, complete projects, and communicate with clients.

This may include names, business names, phone numbers, email addresses, website links, project details, and information submitted through contact or intake forms.
